Sometimes when I see unflushed lavatories, fag ends and litter all over the places they ought not be, spits and "I-dont-know-WHAT!" stains on walls, people with "who-cares-if-I-smell-like-a-fart-I-will-never-take-a-shower" faces, I wonder if I still am in an IIT hostel! Some of the best brains of the country?
